1. Booking Deposit

• A. A deposit of £25 is required to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts may differ depending on the service, and you will be informed of the exact amount during booking.

• B. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. In cases of cancellation or unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, we will either reschedule your appointment at the earliest opportunity or provide a full refund if necessary.

2. Personal Items

• A. It is your responsibility to remove any personal belongings, valuables, or important documents from your vehicle before service.

• B. Polished Auto cannot be held liable for loss or damage to any items left inside the vehicle. Please ensure your belongings are secured prior to service.
