1. Agreement to Our Terms

Welcome to Polished Auto (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “the user,” “the customer”) and Polished Auto.

These Terms govern your use of our website and your booking or use of our car valeting and detailing services (“Services”).

By accessing our website, booking a service, or communicating with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

To use our website and/or book our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
    You may not use our services if doing so is prohibited under the laws of your country or region.

3. Car Valeting & Detailing Services

A. Bookings & Deposits

A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
If you cancel your appointment or fail to attend, the deposit will be forfeited.

If Polished Auto needs to cancel your booking for any reason, we will offer to reschedule your appointment or refund your deposit in full.

B. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for removing all personal items from your vehicle before we begin work.
Polished Auto will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

C. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

We will inspect your vehicle upon arrival.
If the vehicle’s condition requires more time or work than originally described, we will discuss any additional charges with you before proceeding.

D. Access & Location

You must ensure we have safe and suitable access to the vehicle at the agreed location. If access is unsafe or restricted, we may refuse to carry out the service and the deposit may be forfeited.

4. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding displayed on our website or in connection with our services—including text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks—remain the exclusive property of Polished Auto.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any materials for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Polished Auto harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or any applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polished Auto shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill; or

  • Any personal injury or property damage arising from use of our services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in content on our website;

  • Damage caused by failure to disclose pre-existing vehicle issues; or

  • Unauthorized access to any information you provide electronically.

7. Right to Modify Services & Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of our services or pricing at any time without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to amend these Terms when necessary. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after any changes will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any disputes arising under them, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Manchester, UK.
