CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 1-2 days in advance to avoid forfeiting your £25 deposit fee.

  • If your 4–6 week maintenance appointment is missed, a small surcharge of £10–£25 may apply. If maintenance is missed for one or more consecutive months, a Deep Clean service will be required before resuming the regular maintenance schedule.

  • The service typically takes 2–3 hours, depending on the size of your vehicle.

  • No, the maintenance detail package isn’t a deep clean. It’s designed to refresh your vehicle and maintain its appearance between more thorough services, such as the Deep Clean package you’ve previously received.
