MAINTENANCE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and expectations for participation in the Polished Auto Detailing Maintenance Program. Enrollment in the program confirms that the client understands and agrees to all terms, services, and responsibilities described below.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Clients must first receive a complete full-detail service at the regular retail price to qualify for enrollment.

After the initial full detail has been completed, clients may choose to join the Maintenance Program and take advantage of discounted maintenance services.

Continued participation requires full compliance with all program guidelines and scheduling requirements.

3. Maintenance Interval Requirements

Maintenance services must be performed within a 4 to 8 week period following the initial full-detail service.

If more than 8 weeks pass between maintenance appointments, the client will be removed from the program. To regain eligibility, a new full-detail service at standard pricing will be required.

Clients must complete two back-to-back maintenance services to restore full program benefits, including discounts and complimentary add-ons.

4. Maintenance Service Pricing

The Maintenance Program provides reduced pricing exclusively for enrolled clients who maintain consistent service intervals.

Maintenance pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and service time required. Final pricing will be discussed during the initial full-detail appointment.

Prices may be adjusted if vehicle condition, size, or service scope changes. Any pricing updates will be disclosed prior to the next scheduled appointment.

5. Program Incentives

Upon completion of two consecutive maintenance services, clients may choose one of the following rewards:

  • 20% off select premium detailing packages; or

  • Complimentary service add-ons as designated by Polished Auto Detailing.

To continue receiving these benefits, clients must remain within the required maintenance schedule.

6. Booking & Appointment Guidelines

Maintenance appointments must be scheduled ahead of time, with at least one week’s notice to ensure availability.

Clients must ensure their vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and agreed-upon location.

Cancellations or appointment changes require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

7. Payment Policy

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.

Polished Auto Detailing accepts cash, card payments, and approved digital payment platforms.

Receipts or invoices are available upon request. Any unpaid balances must be cleared before future services can be scheduled.

8. Removal From Program

Polished Auto Detailing reserves the right to discontinue a client’s participation in the Maintenance Program for the following reasons:

  • Failure to stay within the required 4–8 week service interval;

  • Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments;

  • Non-payment or failure to meet payment obligations.

Clients removed from the program must complete a full-detail service at regular pricing to rejoin and will forfeit any previously earned benefits.

9. Liability & Client Responsibility

Polished Auto Detailing is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Clients are encouraged to remove valuables prior to service.

The company is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical issues present before service. Clients should disclose any concerns or special handling instructions in advance.

In the event of damage caused during service, Polished Auto Detailing will review the matter individually and address it according to company policy.

10. Changes to Terms

Polished Auto Detailing reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their next appointment. Continued participation in the Maintenance Program signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
